Mr. Conley's 1/23/17 message

Good afternoon parents,

Happy New Year! Now that the holiday season is in our rearview mirror, and many of our New Year’s resolutions hang on the precipice of becoming substantial life changes (HANG IN THERE!), the winter temperatures seem to be staying above the freezing mark for the next 10 days leading into February. Could we escape the winter without a school closure and keep the final student day as June 12? (I’m afraid that I may have jinxed us).

Tomorrow morning we will begin our final day of Mid-Term Examinations with teachers giving Period 9 and Period 10 examinations. To clarify my email from this weekend, if you child does not have an exam in the morning and/or in the afternoon, then they can arrive to school later or leave early.

Please note that the 2nd Marking period will conclude on Tuesday, January 24, and grades will be made available to parents on the PowerSchool portal on Tuesday, February 7 in the afternoon.
